Mango Rasayan
INGREDIENTS
4 mangoes,
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3 cardamom pods
1 cup sugar

DIRECTIONS
Peel mango. Discard stone. Cut into small pieces.
Put sugar and powdered cardamom.
Boil milk and cool it.
Remove cream and mix milk with mango pieces.
Put sugar and powdered cardamom.
Boil milk and cool it.
